Yeah, I saw skunk2 Evo and didn't even know they made parts for our cars.  That's like Mugen making something for Evo's.  But they again...  I guess I'm not in the know. Sad

found this on streetfire.net Plus you can read all about the skunk2 evo tuned by Alfred in the new modified mag. Looked like it was gonna be a hands down win for them but fueling problems cut 'em short...

Nice find Matt, LOL at the commentary by Dr. Charles.

As the article says, the Skunk2 evo had a significant lead going into the last challenge (Time Attack). Fuel problems caused the DNF.

What good is a lead if you cant finish?  The first step to winning is finishing.  Skunk needs to stick to Hondas.

They had a stellar car. And the comment above is like saying , tuning tech should just stick to Evo's. When we all know they can make any car a performer. Having Skunk mess with Evo's can be a good thing, because they have a differant perspective than most Evo guys do...

In a black and white world with no variables this would be a true statement.  Unfortunately we do not live in such a world

Exactly. They went home empty handed.

That evo is damn fast. Skunk2 has done a great job with it. They shouldn't stick to just hondas. The skunk evo was overall champion and class champion by 7 points going into the time attack. All it had to do was finish within 6 seconds of the GST Subie's best time attack lap.
