Has anyone fought and won? The cop pulled me over and saw my AVO so I popped my hood thinking he wouldn't find my Dejon Tool, but here we are now with this ticket.
I haven't gotten the bail yet but I'm weighing the options of fighting or just go to court and show the judge that I fixed it. Then plea that I was turning the boost down so I can save gas due to the current prices, hoping he'll drop the bail amount.
Any suggestions?

try fighting it. it costs a little less than $400 if you lose and have to pay.

I painted it bright pink! I'm gonna try TBD and if that doesn't work, I still get a chance at court. |

That's not a big deal, I just have to put my stock boost lines back in. I think I'm going to put my stock DP and cat back on then have them test it because AVO V1 isn't that loud. |
