Hey I can answer your question....An intercooler isn't going to MAKE or give you horsepower... and if your stockish, Adding a bigger intercooler will increase lag.

Work on your basic bolt ons... Full exhaust, Intake piping, EBC/MBC (Manual Boost Controller) and get a tune.

I'm sure the Guys at RRE will further assist you with your needs and questions. I just got bored and saw you posted this in the RRE section. Afro

because they lie. The most I've heard of I've heard of on the stock mini RA turbo is like 280whp. Anyway, you should start your journey here.

Basic things people with Ralliarts do:

1.  Swap to stock X turbo
2.  Swap to stock X IC
3.  Swap to stock X DV
4.  Remap the ECU
5.  Make stock X like power

You don't need #3 since one night at RRE we through the stock Ralliart DV on my car while it was on the dyno just to see if the RA owners claim of the X DV holding boost better was true...nope, untrue

Call RRE

Road Race Engineering is the original company. We specialize exclusively in the Eclipse and EVO and now the 09+ RalliArt since it is more EVO under the hood than prancer.

Road Race Motorsports keeps our race cars clean and safe and the owner of RRM is my driver. They also do work on the non turbo Lancer and also do sales and service for other non Mitsubishi vehicles that we get caught up in. Suzuki and Hyundais for example. They list some trinkets on their website that were designed for the prancer but will fit a RalliArt. I dont have anything much on the RRE website since at this point there isnt much mail order stuff available that makes sense. Once there are enough proven parts to make power and a few more suspension and brake parts readliy available I get them up.

You want an axle back muffler that we make custom for you depending on what you want (bling or stealthy, loud or quiet) a used stock EVO X intercooler and a tune. It runs about $1100 installed for all that. Gets you 250 to 260 whp and the car is fun.

Here is our shop car:

Now that said, read through more of my posts on www.clubralliart.com

I have a RalliArt here at the shop that you can take for a test drive. It has the stock turbo maxed out and is currently 270 whp (up from 213 whp stock)

Bump for Mike helping the community. RalliArt is a very cool car. If it wasn't for mom not opting to pay for 91, I would've been had a RalliArt.

RalliArtChick, visit RRE. I saw the shops RalliArt in action at the SCM event, and I gotta say it held its own.
