I had a brand new IX in 2006, traded it for a X, sold it, bought a Lexus IS-F, traded it in at south coast mitsubishi for another IX. Got totalled by an 18 year old, bought another IX.

It's funny, I hear a lot of people HATE the X over there 8 or 9, But I've actually grown to love my X. At first it was very MEH, and didn't like it.

Put suspension, exhaust, intake, dp, test pipe and now it's pretty fun to drive.

Just pay off your 8 or 9, then get a X, That's what I did.

If you sell your 9 SE lmk. But my advice is keep the CT9A buy a X or the GTR.

I gave all those people back in the day advice who were saying they were going to get rid of their CT9A for the X and I kept telling them they are crazy for doing this but no one believed me. Well this thread as well as many others lately have been solidifying what I have been saying since 2008. I also prophesied that the CT9A would hold its value pretty well.

Or in the words of the notorious Mike W, Mitsubishi stopped making evos in 2006. I have seen clean 9 SE go for 27k. You realize that car is almost 8 yrs old and if you bought yours from SCM you only lost about 4-6K in value. That is pretty damn good!

So it would be wise to take my advice on this.

Take over payments ? How much do u owe ? Lol I only owe like 4k .. What I might do is keep the 9 and just lease a new car lol ! Best of both worlds !

I owe prob around 15 for it still I got it 2years ago from Anaheim Mitsubishi, sticker price was 24, after everything cane out to about 29
