Duck tape or some type of tape maybe. Get plastic/rubber floor mats.

You can try having the carpet covered in plastic. kind of like the plastic they put over the carpet of some used cars. Some detailers do that to prevent anything liquid from spilling onto the carpet. it does eventually start coming off when the adhesive wears down. I actually have that under the front rubber mats on my daily driver. my friend installed those from their shop a while back when I first got the Sportback. They no longer do that because the place where they get that plastic stopped carrying it. I can show you what they look like when I get home and take a pic. its just like clear saran wrap that is cut to fit the floor.

My ass your rotteweilers don't shed much! Had them in my family my whole life and they shed like crazy! So do Corgi's.

It's the carpet not the seat? Typically my dogs got it on the seats and just had to shop vac it.

They shed but nothing like a husky, mainly is the carpet, i have one of those back seat dog cover that kinda loops around the entire back seat plus i have leather seats so that helps too.... That cover in the second pic should help bigtime to keep eveything in there, thanks for the link

Kitchen rubber gloves and a vacuum works for me. It takes a while but I'm able to remove most of the hair.
