I've personally dealt with tuning technologies in the past. At some point Alfred and I have had our disagreements in a respectful way but the guy without a doubt will tune your car to the best of his abilities. Be clear what you want out of the vehicle. He's Always willing to sit and talk about the possibilities and show a noob all you need to know to give you a better understanding of your cars performance
