    WW evo 9 in for rear end repairs

    WW evo 9 came in today from a rear end.








    This is the Tear down, looked alot worse with the bumper off. Repairs will start soon.




    Work has been started







    Rear has been cut out and is being replaced




    Rear is now being finished and we are installing a jdm rear bumper with modified crash beam






    Repairs being done to the quater panel




    Primered and ready for paint

    Is there no way around avoiding body filler in situations like these?

    Unless you want to cut out and weld a new quarter panel in. Which wouldn't be something I would advise unless its toast. We pull it out as much as we can and smooth it out.

    The sheetmetal replacement work looks fantastic. Those donor pieces can't be easy to come by? Can you use standard lancer stuff?

    Thank you sir. We have our sources with getting shells and rear clips from auto places.
