NEED HELP installing turbo back exhaust system.

Ok so I need help guys with this so call "turbo back" set up. So all input would help a lot.. Ok I removed my the cat back, then removed my turbo of course.
Problem number1, the bolts for the test pipe aren't the same pattern or size as the the O2 housing of the turbo ?? So I have no clue how to bolt the test pipe an turbo together to creat the turbo in the Back system.

Problem number 2. I don't have enough inter cooler piping to reach from the middle of underneath the car to the throttle. Is that why we need to buy aftermarket piping so I can connect stock and aftermarket piping so it can reach all the way to the throttle ??


And last little problem, where can I buy the header extender piece so the stock header can reach the exhaust pipe where the turbo use to be ?? Does DC make headers for evos that look just like civic headers to fill in that gap. I can't find nothing ??
Thanks guys I appreciate all the help. Hoping to make great power with this set up. I already bought my new oil, spark plugs, and filter, so the car can already be tuned once it's all done and start the car.

Damned Roger what kind of POS exhaust system did you buy? I figure you are talking about the pitch on the thread of the bolts for the O2? If that is the case the only thing you can do is get the correct ones. No getting around that. Most of the kits out there are plug and play.

I appear to be a bit behind. Did you get a new to you Evo or is this for something else? Not that it would matter HAHA.

You just put the filter in the trunk.



The charge pipe is so long you dont need an intercooler.

^^ I did those exact mods but then i got an engine code.. i think it was P069.. I then plugged the scanner in and it said my blinker fluid was low.. does anyone know where I can buy some performance blinker fluid???

I think ur using 1200cc blinkers. Mite want to look into a double blinker.

On on the side note I have a buddy building a 240sx. Hea going to put the motor in the trunk and make it front wheel drive. I think he said he's going to run a B16 with lsx heads on it.
The reason y I brought this up is because he's having some issue getting lsx head to fit. I told him to JB weld them together or some type of industrial silicone. What do you guy think?
oh he's going to be using this for off roading.

Ya jb weld should work. ! This has been done before. I've personally seen a b16 with a lax head, i say jb weld, duck tape and then put a big heat shink around it all to seal it so there's no leaks at all. lol

Hmm duck tape. I didn't think of that. Yeah he's hoping to make around 2000 rear horse power even tho it's going to be front wheel drive. He said FOX is going to sponsor his suspension and I think nitto is making a special tire just for him.
