Evo's weekend at the Spa

I wish i meant Spa the track...no. I mean i sweated my ass off this weekend giving the paint some love. Also got a smokin deal on some IX tails, thanks to an SCE member. They were in good shape but their indicators had been painted on the outside and since faded. So...

Cleaned it/clayed it, and the paint had a f*ckload of contamination. Yuk. Then polished, sealed, and waxed. Didn't do a correction, i will save that for the Pros when i have enough $$$$.

Disclaimer: I'm not an expert detailer, this is just me doing the best with what i had, which was essentially free thanks to some good friends. Comments/advice/feedback welcome.

Paint feels and looks the best its been since i've owned it. The contamination that was on the roof and rear bumper were scary. And i'm really stoked on the IX tails.

LOL!! I think this is an S2K one...problem was i put the car cover on it while we were doing the tails to keep the bird shit off the car. I forgot to put the antenna in its little pocket so now its got ED lol.

Im gonna find out by tomorrow if the mini posters are gonna be done by thursday noon. if so, ill definitely be at Sonics to distribute the ones to those that have ordered and paid.
