Nice job - looks like you have the same collection of downloaded Evo videos that I do. You could've included the cheesy Mitsu sales training vid in there somewhere though

What's the Japanese footage of the red and silver Evos? I don't think I've seen that one before. And is the game (that isn't GT3) Sega GT 2002 or something else?

As for feedback.. in my experience, with transitions (fades, wipes and so on) 'less is more'. To get away with anything other than a straight cut, your transitions need to be either custom-made or entirely appropriate to the subject matter (like, I guess if you had a speedboat video you could use the 'ripple' transition a few times or something). But using the out-of-the-box 'barn door', 'page curl' and so on takes away from the composition of the video. Some of them are more obvious than others of course. And I'm not sure about having over a minute of credits either. One other thing - to avoid that 'shimmering effect' for video games, record it straight from the console to a camcorder or VCR, then you can use it like regular footage.

I have made quite a few 'semi-professional' videos so I do have some idea of what I'm talking about, but PLEASE feel free to ignore me and do your own thing, cos that's what it's all about.

btw.. the 'Evo Dukes' vid in the extremegnome.com directory.. man that's pretty funny...
