I have a whole bunch of Apex'i SAFC-II's in stock and I need to get rid of them since we have too many! I'm selling them for $315 each. Since everyone here is local I can just arrange a pickup with you so you dont have to pay shipping charges.

And of course, I'll match anyone elses price (if it's not too low hahah).

Rob - would that thing help on my car if I already have the ECU flash?? Also, does it have good instructions? I am a 'tard with these new-fangled things.

Sorry Chris, didnt see your reply...

Yeah, you can use this with a re-flashed ECU. The way this and most other fuel or boost controllers work is by adjusting in % over stock. Since your stock numbers have been hiked up by the reflash, you will need less/more adjustment than someone with a stock evo. For example, say you're running 20lbs of boost with your reflashed ECU and you get a boost controller to increase it to 22 psi. You will need to go 10% "over stock" to get this. Basically, you would set your boost controller at +10%. Someone that's still running the stock ECU and starts off with, say, 18 psi will need to adjust for more (+12.2%) to be able to reach 22psi.

Basically, your "stock" numbers have been bumped up a bit so your adjustments on the AFC wont be as much as someone with a stock ECU. That's how most of these things work, you dont just dial in what you want. You tell it how much to adjust "over stock" or "under stock". However, I think the GReddy Profec e-01 lets you just dial in 22 psi and it does the rest from there...

Hope this helps.

Let me know if you're insterested in the SAFCII or know anyone that is.

Best thing to do is to get a A/F gauge. The most accurate one right now on the market would probably be the AEM UEGO Kit since it comes with its own O2 Sensor. The Greddy A/F gauge is also pretty acurate. With the A/F gauge, you can use the S-AFCII to lean or rich the injector by changing the injector voltage signal. Usually on the Eclipse, people seen quite a lot of improvment on the 4G63 engine.

Oh, that helps a lot, but what should the gauge be showing, like in the middle,i dont know anything about airflow ratio, this explained would help me a lot :?: :?: :?: :!: :?:

Actually to correctly tune it, you need a wideband O2 sensor and a dyno... you can get by with an EGT if you really know how to read EGT...
