Hello,

Just wanna ask how many of you have the car lowered and went with camber kit to prevent the tires worn out prematurely? Do they really works?

What happen to those lowered their evo and don't have the damper kit ?

I'm lowering my car on tuesday plus change to 18"s with new tire so I'm considering whether to go for damper kit or not since i heard that damper kit could prevent the tires from worn out prematurely...but some of people say damper kit did nothing at all other than worn your wallet out....

so i just need your opinion =)

Thanks in advance guys ! see ya on Thursday

If you want less tire wear have a knowledgable shop align your EVO.
If you want your car to have a OK ride quality and handling DON'T lower-it and slap 18"s on it.
If you want the car to be lower, ride better, and handle better contact a Mitsubishi specialist shop that has years of experience racing and improving the handling of Mitsubishi cars.

You can get your suspension aligned within a certain range with stock cambers. Aftermarket camber kits are useful when you really want to do a very aggressive alignment setting for tracks, etc.

I head from a few Evo gurus that the Evo already has a rear adjustable camber kit that can compensate for pretty much any lowering. I dont know about the front though.
