After 2 hours of cleaning, our Evo's heat shield comes out from its true color.

I used a paint stripper, steelwool brush and mothers polished. You can get these at any Autozone, Pepboys or Kragen autoparts.

Noel, it looks good man! You should open a Evo beauty shop that mods head light, tail light, and heat shields :D

Thanks, thats a good idea, Jimmy. If only I have enough money to get my own autoshop, all our fellow Evo owners would just go down to San Diego for some mod. That is what I'm really planning in the future, whenever that is. Thats why I don't stop playing Lotto until I win some.

Did you take out that part to clean it??? or you just took 2 hours on it with it installed?

I did took the heat shield out. It will take more than 2 hours and the engine bay would be messy if I didnt take them out. Its easy to take it out. Just 4 12mm bolts.
