Coming home from a weekend camping in Borrego, just slowed from 90 to 75, CHP on Hwy. 79 got me! My first ticket in 34 years of driving!

If I'd had a radar detector, I would have been safe as he was coming towards me. The one we have now is 10+ years old. Any reccomendations?

okay ....$250....they'll fight any ticket....they've beat a bunch of tickets for Doug and I ...so we're really pleased with them....if they can't beat it....they most likely get you traffic school ...even if you gone to traffic school recently...within 18 months....i went to traffic school twice in like 6 months using those guys....good luck

Try first fighting it by written declaration. That way you get two chances and the cop has a deadline for turning in his written statement. If they dont respond in time... case is thrown out. Chances are you will know the events better than him/her because they give out so many tickets. Also by fighting by writing, the cop doesnt get the 300 bucks or so of overtime to come in to court on their day off nor has the judges favor of not humiliating a cop in a court room. If the judge still find you guilty you can ask for a novu trial... and have another judge review it. If that doesnt work you can then go to trial for it! Lol. You really cant lose either way, and its cheap! BTW... none of this is original info... I got it all from the site...

My Son got 3 tickets in a 4 week period with a total of 9 charges, including reckless driving. I went to ticketassassin.com and did the written declaration thing and beat every charge. Of course it helped that the charges were all bogus. This particular Cop was an overenthusiastic moron who thought he was busting Vin Diesel. :roll:
This is the way to go and it is free!
