Yeah, the "green Stuff". Only problem is it is illegal in this country!! A buddy of mine frequents Europe, and always brings a bottle or two home with him from Prague.

its not illegal. or if it is, there is a place in westminister in old world that sells it illegally. its a little place that has a bunch of european themed places and delis and "specialized" foods and alcohols. I go there to get my gluewein.

which BTW is my favorite alcohol. (for those of you who have been to germany.)

i love it, its a christmas wine you get in germany. it is a sweet wine that is heated up and drunk warm. its definetly THA SHIT when it comes to alcohol.. i have many many bottles of it. ill bring a bottle to the next meeting so all the (21 and over's) can taste it. its not too expensive, that plac ein westminister has it for about 45 a 1 ltr bottle.

Hah your name is Absinthe, so you know what I'm talking about, huh? That suff you can buy here isn't the real shit--no Wormwood. That's what gives it the "special" quality. :skid:

Absinthe
02-18-2004, 02:11 PM
go here

http://www.absinthvertrieb.de

there is a modern derivative of wormwood in allowed in about half the concentration of older recipies. its called Thujone, very similar in nature to the stuff I have had from Prague or Warsaw you just cant dilute it with as mch water. higher Thujone count is better that lower for the effects one might be looking for.
