these are the only ones i know that dyno and can tune evos AND are located close to my place. i'm leaning toward xs. i know they have a pretty good reputation. what about the others. has anyone done business with them? thanks in advance.

go rre and don't think twice. Hardcore shop that builds serious cars

There are all great tuners.
My shop is currently dealing with Easystreet, so I might be able to get you a better deal on tuning cost, etc.

RRE can arrange for that

Here is what our shop car looks like marching around a road circuit, dyno's are nice and all, but one must tune with the car actually moving to see the whole picture, as the load a dyno puts on the car is vastly different than the load that it takes to actually move the car. We have used and will continue to use many dynos here in socal, but our extensive track experience tells us a dyno queen number is great on the internet, but not necesarily the fastest thing in real life at the track.

After driving in the blue rre car, dyno or not, there is more than one way to skin a cat...

That car is a monster- reminded me of my 427 with the massive hit of torque when it spools. Amazing torque and crazy power. I have had my car tuned on a dyno and spent serious money on it and will do tuning rre style next round...

Dyno tunes simulate road/track tunes DUPLICATE real world conditions... This is a direct Quote from the HP boys @ Buschur Racing ("We would love to work on your car robi too bad we're 2400 miles away...the ONLY shop on the west coast that has a clue is RRE...I wouldn't be comfortable sending you anywhere else...") And anyone serious about the podium at this years OTC T-3 is using the RRE/JIC setup...My car = 5 SECONDS faster than anEVO on SLICKS with a better driver than me behind the wheel made instant converts in the hard core trackday crowd...Want performance go directly to RRE...otherwise enjoy being part of the "pack"

[quote="GokuSSJ4"]RRE can arrange for that

Here is what our shop car looks like being a dyno queen, this is a 520 hp pull, notice the time difference it takes to go from the bottom of the power band to the top compared to the track video? Dyno numbers are only part of the picture, see you at the track:)
