Its a 50-50 legality, as lon gas it secured, glued or bolted to something in your front window its okay... It dosnt have to be on your front bumper... however theres a clause in the law about visibility, and I talked to a cop about it he said you might be able to get taged because those cameras on the lights cant read your plate if its in the window... so thats a possiblility
