dosent that have something to do with the transmission having play and causing the misfire?

I dont know if I should worry or not.
Idle dips to 300 RPM from time to time. All the lights go red and then it pulls up again. Stalled on me 4 times so far. Once in neutral, one from 3rd gear down gearing to 2nd, reverse, and one starting on first and then had to step on clutch and brake for the b@stard in front of me who stops and then my engine dies. No pull not nothing.. All you can feel is there is no feeling to the gas pedal and the steering wheel weighs like 50lbs.(thats from not looking at the dash). Shifting feels weird now. It takes a bit of a lurch to bite into the gears sometimes. Engine check light went on 2 times. thats about it.

Sounds like you definitely have an issue. Best thing to do is take it to the dealer and hope that goes well.

Hmm.. but the misfire code is the cause of my weird idle (RPM Dipping) and stalling right?? Or do I have something else to worry about. Timing belt?? Air to fuel ratio gone bad?? The service technician said everything looks fine.. and my car is only 2 1/2 months old... I wonder if I can get lemon law =P

I remember the Motor Trend Evo having this and the dealer took the shotgun approach to fix it - they replaced plugs, wires and coils. I would recommend taking your car to get the issue replaced under warranty.
