Can an experienced track driver in a Mini beat a "good" driver in an STI?

It is a Mini Cooper S with lots of suspension mods.

LOL! I just checked out the Subaru forum, and the STi (stock with novice driver) was quicker than the race-preped Mini with experienced track driver. The guys at Mini board were filming, but I guess the vid won't be published anytime soon. :lol:

I ran a 1:34.34...and limited the boost to 19psi (means I have 80 horses in the barn when I go back to 24psi)
