Yeah, I've got a pair of them on my rear axle. About 5k miles so far. Slightly less sticky than stock, otherwise about the same, I feel. Also got a pair of the FZ 4 on the front, definitely not as good for traction.

I have these on my evo w/te-37's. I agree that they are dont stick as well as the stock yokos. But they do the job 8)

Used to have them on my old Enkei rims. I love them. It corners pretty darn well and handles great in the rain. Used them for rallying as well.

I've got those shoes on right now. Good high mileage tire and awesome in the rain and not too bad on the corners.

I need a new set of tires. Does anyone know the best place to get a set of proxes 4's?

America's Tire Co in Temecula off Highway 79.

I just picked up my set of Proxies 4 this morning. Already killed a squirrel with em. Very quiet road noise compaired to the stockers. Softer ride as well. Plus I hardly noticed the squirrel when I hit him.

Definitely not "confidence inspiring" in the turns, but that was expected.

I have them as my winter tires, in the snow there not true snow tires but are m/s rated which gets you through the chain checks. I have gone with 255/40/17's fit perfect on stock rims, have been very good last twice as long as the advans.

If you are going to run M+S tires in the snow, its now really smart to go wider O0

Wider=good for dry
wider=bad for wet/snow

I think he meant not wider. Snow tires should be narrower for traction
