need help adjusting boost

is there a way to adjust the boost from the wastegate? i dont wanna get a manuel boost controller cuz im saving for a profec e-01.

no, the spring inside is pre-set. i mean, yes you could, if you wanna tear your WG apart and replace to tensioners and spring.

You really do drive a Star-Quest, huh? I think that was the ONLY Mitsubishi turbo engine that had an adjustment on the wastegate.

yes i still drive a starquest. the reason im asking about the wastegate adjustment is bcuz we used to do it to that car so i figured i can do it to the evo. plus i was fiddling with the 18g turbo in my civic si and now its boosting to 14psi after we installed a full 3" exhaust. i was just wondring i how to set it back to 7-8 psi again. i also need a boost controller for that car too!

so you know a man. boost contrler is just a valve from a paint spray gun. :shock:
