My Buschur turbo back should be here late this week. Was wondering from peeps that have done this themselves how hard it really is. How hard is it with only jack stands? Sam at SRT gave me a good price of 75$ for the install, just wondering if its easy enough to do it myself.

If you can turn a wrench you can do this. The hardest thing to do is a toss-up between trying to hold the stuff in place or wrestling with the exhaust hangers. If you got a buddy who can help you out that would be the best way to tackle this. He/she can help you hold stuff in place while you line/bolt it up. And I did it using Rhino ramps backed the car onto them so the tail was in the air.

Check this (http://www.evomoto.com/tech_info.php?techID=16) and this (http://www.evomoto.com/tech_info.php?techID=15) out.

Its relatively easy if u have basic tool knowlege.

FOUND A GREAT LINK FOR U http://www.jonesland.com/evo/Buschur_Install.htm

Start
1.take of stock cat back
2.undew the right side only on the front lower tie bars and mabe unscrew the left side bolt about a two turns so u can rotate the rods out of your way when the time comes to take out the DP
3.then undew teh Down pipe at the turbo O2 housing then
4. undew the two bolts taht are left holding the Down Pipe to the car they are reight in front of the CAT hanging on rubber hangers

PUTING TUBO BACK ON
Start by putting on the Down pipe first
the attatch the CAT or Test pipe on the down pipe
then atatch the first part of the Cat back and then go to the back and put the muffler on the rubber hangers line up and put in clamp to hold.

Before u are done make sure everyhting is lighned up and not rubbing on anything and then tighten everything back down put down on the ground turn on listen for leeks rev the car a few times and listen with door open for exhaust leeks and if none get in and enjoy the fruits of your labor

Its on. Did it tonight, took me about 2 1/2 hours. Took my time and everything went on smooth. The only thing is the mid pipe rests on the driveshaft mounts and sends vibrations up to the seat under wot. Any pointers? Thanks
