Bonaventure Hotel; please help

i will be picking up a friend or two there tomorrow between 530-6pm. any good places nearby i can go to afterwards? coz if i cant, ill have to drive them back to OC and drive them back to LA w/in 3-4 hrs.

mind you i still would have work next day at 4am..

please help

There's a number of things to do right in downtown LA. Don't know what type of activities you're interested in, but there's Chinatown, Little Tokyo, Alvera Street, a number of dance clubs in the area. The Bonaventure also has venues inside. You can also catch the redline Metro subway and take a 20min. ride up to Hollywood & Highland or Universal Studios Citiwalk with a number of things to do there aswell. The subway can be caught at Union station, Pershing Square(right next to Bonaventure), Civic center, etc...

theres the good old gang fight in south central right past the airport. i think it starts 7ish every night.. i hear thats pretty cool
