Cover up EVO 8 Trunk holes after removing the wing

Hi all,
Does any one know what's the best way to patch up the trunk holes from the factory wing? I was thinking taking it to a body shop and have them patch and paint it. If you know of a better way, please let me know.

how about getting the trunk out of a RS , since a budget wasnt mention.

what color is your car. try trading sum foo with a oz rally lancer, or regular lancer's. those trunks fit
