weird turning noise

Does your Evo 8 have a weird noise when making a corner turn at around 20mph? When you crank the steering wheel the tires seems like it gets louder but im not sure if its the road noise or not. I was told its normal when your wheels are turning...? Anyone experience this?

for me, at a stop then turning my wheels only to the left, it makes a clicking sound sorta like its under my dashboard. disappears shortly after when moving again.

i dunno if its me or not, but i feel like on normal acceleration in 1st, the front differential whizzing sound got louder in the first 3k rpms or so and at during that moment it feels like my dashboard or somewhere under is vibrating really bad. sensing it mostly on my clutch pedal. anyone know if something is wrong? can someone diagnose this if it may be a problem, before i end up finding out the hard way. btw, removed my clutch restrictor, could this have done anything?
