Has anyone tried these Dunlop SP Sport race tires?

I'm thinking about getting these tires since they are on special and they have the size I want (245/35-18). Has anyone tried them or heard of them from other drivers?

Well, I guess I'm just gonna buy them and will post impressions once they are on.

I just got the tires mounted today. Initial impression is that the steering felt much more responsive than when I had the Ecsta MXs. The noise level is also good for R-compounds but the ride over bumps is a lot stiffer. I'll put some miles on these Dunlops before I go for some hard driving.

Definitely, but after I have John at RRE setup the alignment. I went to a local shop, but they couldn't get the front cambers up to my spec.
