I have used the Auto Dry a few times, it does what it advertises. I use a lambs wool glove to wash the car.

big sponge...the autodry works alright as long as the filter's good...they say that it's only good up to 3 or 4 washes i think....i have a black car so you see spots real easily...filters usually last me like 5 washes before you can start seeing spots again....i'm sure if you dry it then no spots but like i said...i'm lazy....

meguiars NXT wax
Meguiars claybar
meguiars leather conditioner (fore the dash adn door panels)

I used the mr clean crap, and can't say that I was satisified at all. infact I took mine back and got a refund. It might have worked better it I had softer water at my house, but the water is really hard and leaves a shit load of calcium residue bheind after I dried it. Instead of being lazy, I decided to use Maguires gold class car wash with a lambs wool cleaning mitt. I dry it using the amazing absorber, and it seems to work really well. I was even thinking of getting a water purifier for my house to help with the water being crappy.

I use a hand lamb skin thing, it seems easier to wash the car when its a glove like that.

yeah I've claybarred other cars before... but this will be the first time I'm waxing the Evo so I need to claybar first...

Does anyone else get residue embedding in the coat on the top portion of the rear bumper?/??... maybe it's because the Evo runs rich from the factory residue sets on the bumper still hot and burns onto the bumper... dunno but that's the reason I need to claybar.
