I just got my front rotora slotted rotors and endless pads put on and damn it is a good combo. They dont squeal at all and I dont even have shims and they brake like I hit a wall. Anyone looking to change rotors and pads deff try this set up. Thanks to Dino(Dr mosh) for getting me the rotors and doing the install with no sleep(damn virginians) and 500whp(jeff) for getting me the endless pads.

Any chance you're going to make it out to the next OC meet Bevo? I'm trying to (urgently) decide on some decent brake pads.

same setup I had on my last evo. excellent setup for tofu, nicely fade-resistant.

I can get the Rotora rotors for $175 a piece for the fronts, slotted, that price will only last till the end of October though.

Both Jeff and Bevo got their rotors from me, I will install em for $30.

Thanx for the offer, I hope I dont have to replace my rotors yet, but when I do Ill take you up on that. They have only 8500 miles and no warpage at all, although they feel as if they could use a resurfaceing.

Would it be fine to just resurface the discs and install the SS-S pads? Do the fronts usually wear out when the rears do? Do you offer these pads and install?

Pads you'll have to get from one of our vendors... and I don't know about lead time... resurfing is fine as long as you have plenty of meat left.

I was just reading about the SS-M pad and it seems to have a longer life, less dusting, same temp range yet less coefficient of friction, ~$50 more per set. Perhaps this would be better for me since I dont brake hard often (I want them to last, daily driver) and dont make tofu runs too regularly. Any advice would be great.

thanx

Ill go through Rob for the pads then.
Hey Rob, I noticed you dont have the endless pads listed on the site yet. Can you get the SS-S and SS-M pads? Prices?

239 for all the pads or for the fronts and 239 more for the rears? Hows the life (both pad and rotors), dust, noise, on those vs stock?

well i have had them for a little while now. the wear is not bad, and the rotors are still good. Yep 239 for front and back. Check out www.RaceShopper.com thats where i got them at. Really good prices

If thats what you are looking for and you dont abuse your car get the project Mu NS pads cheap better than stock and less dust than any of these pads

Hmmm... why do we have to have so many choices ;)

I guess that ultimately I just want longer life than stock and better or equal performance. Less dusting is prefered.

Since the SS-M pads are really expensive (248front+238rear Z1Auto) they are out of my budget

The SS-S pads are suppose to perform very well, however Im afraid they will be to agressive on the rotor and will not last long enough to justify the price. (189front+189rear Z1auto)

The 2500s seem to be a great deal for 240 total. I wonder how the rotor and pad wear are comparitively.

As for the projectmu, I think the 2500s are a better value and the name is so reputable.

you guys are great, thnx for the help

i have no problems with them. And the price is right.
