I'm going to Westside Brake & Tire tomorrow, how many bottles of Motul do they need to bleed out the whole system?

0.5L of brake fluid should do. I think that's a full bottle of Motul.

I only used one can of Super Blue. Then again I accidentally bled the brakes dry looking at the clutch reservoir and seeing no change. But it seemed to cause no ill effects; I did well at SOW a few days later.

When I bled the whole system, it took about half a can of super blue.

Me too. That's why I said only 0.5L. 2 cans of Super Blue seems a bit...much.
