What tires should I buy?

Hey, winter is coming up on us here in the midwest.

My Advans have a good summer and a quarter left on them, so I'm looking to buy some all season tires for the winter and swap them for the Advans next summer until they die....then switch back to the all seasons till the next time I need new tires.
sooo........

which all season tires should I buy? Which ones do you have? best value ones?

and I'm not made out of $, so I can't spend like 230 per tire.

I'm leaning towards "Pirelli P-Zero Nero M&S" 94W rating. for 120 clams per.

can I do better than this for the price?

which would make our knowledge of anything but summer tires low.

we only get an average of like 16 inches of rain.

Avoid those - too much compromise. I drove on Yokohama Advan Winters last year in VA. They were great and not too expensive. Call Neal at Tire Rack. I believe they were about $160 each, but figure they'll be good for 4 years or so.
