OK, it stopped raining in L.A., and I got to drive my EVO RS with my new JIC suspension tuned by John Mueller of Road Race Engineering (coil overs and rear swaybar) last night on dry pavement. For those of you who know L.A., I ran Sunset Blvd. from the 405 to PCH. Lots of fun twisties, punctuated by short straights.

It's like the car runs on rails. Corners totally flat. Sticks to the road with the stock Advans. I was probably only running at 7/10s, and still it was amazing. I told John to lower the ride height only one inch, due to clearance problems I have getting into the subterranean garage at my condo. Otherwise, he would have lowered it more.

I have owned a lot of sports cars in my life, but never one as fun to drive as the '04 EVO RS with JIC/Mueller suspension. Can't wait to start engine modding and get more hp to the wheels

Dumb question -- how do I post pics here? I am used to sites where I can just upload pics from my hard drive. I guess I have to post them to some host server first, and then use the "Img" command. What a pain in the butt. Detailed instructions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Actually Rob and all the guys on here made it really easy all you need to do is
goto gallery (click the link above)
click new nested album and you can create your own image gallery
Then just upload your pictures there and you have a host
next goto the image you would like to post, right click on it select properties.
from there copy paste the URL you just got into the [img] brackets

and your done :D

Here's my attempt to post a pic RS at Spring Mountain Raceway in northwestern Nevada a couple of weeks go. I got the pics uploaded to a new nested album called "Richard EVO RS" but I can't find pic properties, and just copying the pic URL from the URL box doesn't work. Help, please.

Attempt didn't work. Here's a thread on how to post pics to your posts:

It' doesn't work for me. When I right click on my pic in the gallery, I don't get "properties" as an option. I selected "properties" from the file menu, and copied the link, but that doesn't work either. Just the evil "red Z box" appears.

Dude, Goku, what happened?

GokuSSJ4

trying to be like Robi  thats what happen when you try to go too fast at the bowl CCW . It turns into a long sweeper follow by a hairpin, i miss the hairpin completly by taking the wrong line. i have run the bowl several times CW but never CCW and didnt know how different of a turn it is. Also having cold R compounds tires and a cold track doesnt didnt help either.
