black on black uk badge (pic)

i painted the star and added the uk badge.

at the moment i dont have any dental floss or a hair dryer so that why the pic is so close in.

Arghhhhh..........you beat me to it. I've had the black UK badge on for several weeks now but haven't been able to post pics. I still need to do the Mitsu badge. Me like.

What kind of paint and color code did you use?

ive had the badge a while too and have been too lazy

i just used brite touch flat black spray paint
painters taped all around it, put some news paper around that, and coated it three times.

It's subtle. Not something you would spot from far away though....

Hey Kimletrim! I knew it was someone on the boards! LOL .. Yeah I have a house full of riCarz lol ... as you can see from my driveway and street lol ... Usually Its my brother's yellow S2k in the driveway and my evo .. Followed by my sister's SE-R Spec V, and either her boyfriends WRB WRX or his black STi lol ... Used to have a s13 out there since my sister was formely from Drifting Pretty ... But we've sold that ...I actually went outside and took a picture of your car just for reference the other day lol ... Theres also another EVO that parks around my house on Sat/Sun for the temple with a Carbon Fiber trunk ... I'll make it out to one of the Wednesday meets ... I've just been busy since aug-dec its a birthday or something that comes up every week =P

Where did you guys fetch your black emblems? I wish there was some place I could go to pick them up ...

If only the black emblems were like a black chrome i would be all over it.

Just saw a Porsche Cayenne with satin black badge on black paint. Yes, the look is subtle, yet effective.
