I just heard this from a friend as he was driving by on PCH. Can anyone confirm this? Great, where do I go now to get my service done? And no, I am not driving all the way to HB. Can you guyz give me an alternative, and no SM Mitsu for sure :)

drmosh, I've had an Evo since Dec 1st 2003, the same day I joined this forum :) I bought it from Torrance Mitsu and so I used to go there for service. The guy who used to work on the Evos was Eric, who knew what he was doing!

yeah i got my RS at torrance mitsu, they told me "they got bought out by f^#@king Power" i had to get my service down at long beach mitsu now. it was pretty sad that day i went to torrance, the service manager was all stressed and most of his techs already had quit. you can tell when they are stressed when they start to cuss unprofessionally in front of you lol. i felt really bad for him cuz he said he needed to find another job. i gave the guy a handshake and said my final goodbyes to torrance mitsu. *tear* =(

Does anyone go to Miller Mitsu in Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks? I think thats the closest one to me from West LA. Thanks.

Miller is a good dealer with a good service department. There is also Union Mitsubishi at 3267 w. Olympic. I don't know much about them. Of course there is Santa Monica Mitsubishi. They are in the process of selling and I'm not sure if the new owners have taken over yet.

From what I hear, the new owners are ethical. I don't think that can be said about the previous ones. That is why they had to sell.

Ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your boys Mark and Ed are now at Hyundai. I saw German, the old parts manager at Ed's old desk.

LA Car Guy people bought the place.

I heard the sales manager, I think his name was Ramon (?) is working a store in Bannning or Fresno now.

You might get a fresh start there............could still be gay for you though. Just wear your hat straight.

I talked to the parts guy there today and he said that mark and ed may be coming back and he said half the new mechanics dont really know whats going on.

I do my own oil and tires and have the tougher mechanical(non tuning) stuff done by Howard and Ritchie at Technosquare. They're way less expensive than the dealers, have the knowledge, and I can ususally get right in. That's been my experience anyway.
