While I can't say WORKS is the cheapest, it is one of the best. No corners were cut getting ours engineered and ready for the market. Bolts right up in place of the OEM unit: http://www.worksevo.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=37&products_id=119

you shouldn't get a cell the sensor is after the cat.

no it is not a cat a t all, it is a straight pipe but has some resonator material in it, like a muffler

try magnaflow car sound cat 140$ through mufler shop. Have you tried it? I was thinking of hitting up my muffler shop and having them weld flanges on the highest flow & biggest 3" cat they had.. Any experience with this???

But if the cat is too high flowing it might still throw the SES light.

I have a magnaflow high flow cat coming out really soon for $135....

WORKS tested a few units for thousands of miles without throwing a light/code. This was one of our goals when designing the HFC.
