i actually sold it in 2003 so i could get my ex-350z.

it had a lot of work done to it and had 72,000 miles on it. it was a 1990.

it sold for $19,000.

the guy i sold it to i believe is selling it now also.

wish i had the money to buy it back.

that was my ultimate dream car, and i had the pleasure to say that i owned 3 of them. :)

I would put mine up but I doubt anyone wants to see a 1987 Pontiac 6000 LE or a 1997 Camry 4 banger. The Pontiac died with over 250,000 miles and the camry died wiith only 70,000. But averaging 160,000 is pretty good...

It was the new model year version curse thing. EVERYTHING was wrong with that car. And I only owned it for four months. The previous time it was my grandfathers until he passed away, so its not like it was beat on or anything. My Pontiac that lasted 250,000 was also from him. Anyways, the 1997 4-cyl camry has a bad problem with sludge. Its been noted and if it occurs, toyota will fix it (new engine) for free. however, when they inspected my car, after the engine seized, they said it blew a rod. They also said they found evidence of sludge, but not enough to blame it on that. I was pissed. gave everyone hell, but they said it wasn't the same problem and wanted $6K to fix the car. Being that I only paid 4 for it, I said no. it did give me the opportunity to buy my evo though. And the mitsu dealership did give me $2500 trade-in value for the NON-working completely shot car. Even paid to have it towed to them. WOOOOO

thanks! and no.. :( no small block or sr. I was actually getting ready to do a KA-t swap in it, but saw this new car called the "evo" coming out next year. lol It had a 2.3l long rod high compression engine. msd ignition, lightened flywheel, dual sidedraft webbers, bunch of other stuff
was lots of fun until i left the ebrake on and spun a bering in the motor:(

If it's anything I miss, it was my 2g talon. Kept getting picked on by honda/acuras and new body celicas rice boys just for them to realize I was turbo and spanking them. LOL... I would have held on to it if didn't crankwalk which is how I ended up with the B15.

I had a 1991 Honda Accord LX (Manual) and before that a 1990 (Automatic)...they looked exactly the same except for the rims and I only have one pic of the 90. None of the 91.

Had 4 cars at one time before picking up the Evo:

The 88 RX-7 TurboII (Most unreliable car I've ever owned. Blew up two engines, one only 15 miles after putting it in)

The 87 RX-7 non-turbo (One of the most reliable cars I've ever owned, once I put in a turbo tranny. I flogged the hell out of this thing and it just kept on going)

Really none of them had any use once I got the Evo. In retrospect, it might have been nice to have kept the CRX, just for the gas mileage.
The only one that I really miss was the 87 RX-7. It was loud, uncomfortable, loud, obnoxious, loud, loud, and loud. It was still a fun car, though.
