I was just looking to see what everybody's opinion of the surrounding mitsu dealers was. I need to take my car in for a few little things and I was hoping I could get pointed in the right direction by those that have already been. I am looking to find somewhere that is relatively easy to work with, And that I can establish a good relationship with, I'd rather keep going to thte same dealership each time. Anyways, I am located near ontario in the 909, yet I have heard that dealer isnt a good place to go. I dont mind driving for a better dealer. Any info would be appreciated, even specific names of svc. writers or techs to request would be cool too. Thanks.

I had kind of picked up on here that hb mitsu seemed to be a pretty good dealership. I have never been there, is that the one off of beach? Anybody with any more info on dealerships, good or bad, would still be appreciated. Thanks.

I went to Tustin, but if u know how to talk then u are walking out with a deal just dont deal with sales men they dont get anything out of your deal if u dont get ripped. So just walk into the managers office and always deal with lower management like the sales manager and talk your price down with him to say nickle over cost (500 over invoice which is like 1000 under sticker or more. When u are ready to buy and the general manager is there too than be like the sales manager saidthis price and he said that it would be a gauranteed deal an the general manager will most defenitley go along with it and there u got an evo for a great price. Trust me i know what im talkin about because my father has been in the auto biz for nearly twenty years he is a general manager and has tought me all the tricks to buying a car. For all u future evo owners or new car buyers this is the way to keep things in the dealer ship running on you side and when u are in finance be the best person possible because the deal is out of the managers hands and yours so be nice to the people in finance and if u have ok/good credit 620 score to 750 dont worry if your rate is kind of high. This all depends on your past employment your credit history any previous late payments bk'(bank rupt) and your income to debt ratio how much u make versus how much u owe and youre employment the longer youve worked at the same location the better. If indeed you do get a high interest rate than dont worry in 6 months go to a finance speacialist it doesnt have to be at the dealer ship u went to and just refinance one last tip of information it doesnt matter if u are in a union or not the can still get u financed under a credit union i had a credit union that gave me my loan and im not in a union so try to get a credit union the have some of the best rates remember u dont need to buy all those accesories. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING OF ALL IS ALWAYS GO AT THE END OF A MONTH 22-28 THAT IS WHEN ALL THE WANT IS TO JUST SELL A CAR TO GET UP TO THE FACTORY QUOTA TO GET A BONUS FOR SO MANY CARS AND THAT IS HOW TO BUY A CAR :D

Norco Mitsu is good and very close to you. Tell them the Club DSMer's sent you and the DSMer's buy all their parts from Norco.

i went to ontario mitsubishi to buy a oil filter for my 01' galant. the dealership is freaking huge and looks better than any other dealership ive gone to. haha when i rolled up, the salesman asked me if i wanted to trade-in for an evo. i told him i have one at home, but i think he didnt believe me haha. he kept showing me the 05' MR's, geesh i dont even wanna walkover and look at the sticker price

I got my 05 EVO fromONT Mitsu. They are close to my job, and about 9 months ago I dropped in to check out the 04s. The salesman didn't even think twice about a test drive. I even told him I was NOT buying a car tonight. I went for a quick spin, and decided that I would get an EVO from them when it was time. 9 months later, showed up @ about 7:45PM asked for the same guy. They let me drive an 05 (again no hassle), and I kept them there until 12:30AM closing the deal

After I purchased it, the salesmen were asking, "So what are you going to do to it?" Like I would tell those dudes my plans if I had any. I replied, "I'm just going to drive this one. I take long road trips and I want a reliable kaa."

I took my 05 back because the break lights would not come on until substantial pedal pressure was applied. I waited on the car  for about 1.5 hours, and they had it done. Those of you with 05s be careful you could easily get rear ended.

If you ever drive out here as far as ventura county stay away from Thousand Oaks Mitsu. I cant begin to tell you how bad the sales staff is.
