I've been so tempted lately to get an MR.
I'll probably hold off until my 3 years are up.

It'd be nice to start over/fresh.

those arent MR sidemarkers, they are JDM GTO sidemarkers. they were supposed to have been installed along with the rest of the JDM parts i got for my 3000GT-to-GTO conversion, but i never got around to drilling the hole on the panel.

i was surprised they fit :D

as an additional side note, i stopped by there just before their service area was about to close for a brake light adjustment (see related thread elsewhere). even with not coming up with a pre-appointment, their very good service technicians helped me out and got my light adjusted in MINUTES.

just simply put, they are awesome. im glad they have my business :D

WOW! I just spoke with Tom, the Prez of HB Mitsu about my car woes on the phone and we had a very candid talk. He gave me some great advice and even referred me to get work done at another dealer because i live far away from HB Mitsu. That's very unselfish of him! Kudos to the HB Mitsu team!
And yes, he does surf these msg boards to see what the Evo community is up to.

So many good words for HBM.
If I get a IX MR, I'll certainly buy it from them.

After reading this, I went out to the garage and checked my brake light. It to comes on after pressure is already applied to the brakes. I should be able to make the adjustment at the pedal, I hope.

BTW, I met Macky & his brother that day as I was picking up my Evo on Christmas Eve too.

so how are you enjoying the car?

as far as the brake light goes, just bring it there, they will fix it in a jiffy 8)

had mine fixed in five seconds at the dealer when i was getting my free 10K mile service. Then the Service guy reminded me that if I make ANY modifications to the car, the entire warranty is void. Good times...

Good times...Tom at HB told me that you can do minor stuff like intake and exhaust without voiding the warrenty.

Yea, I just bought my Evo on Saturday from HB Mitsu. They were very cool. The paint on the front drivers side caliper was all warped, so they offered to replace all 4 since the paint might not match with the new ones. Only gripe I have is their finance dept messed up and deposited my check 3 days early and messed my banking up =( They did, however, offer to help fix it any way they could, which was reassuring. I dealt with Jamie for my purchase. Nice guy.
