INSTALL: Injectors!

Tools needed: 12mm, 10mm, and a clamp


1. Frist clamp down the main fuel hose!

2. Unbolt right side of fuel rail!

3. unbolt FPR side

4. Unbolt fuel rail

5. Pull off the Fuel Rail and the Injectors

6. Unplug the injectors

7. Put injector back > step 6 > step 5 > step 4 > step 3 > step 2 > step 1.
You dont need to do step 2, and 3, but it just makes it a lot easier for me =)

easy to do, but be careful with the rubber gaskets :)

good post Jeff.* But there's an easier way of doing this.* *just remove the two 12mm screw on each side, and that's it.* That's what i did when i installed Gary/Project Gen Evo. just remember, if you going to reuse the injector's rings, makesure to check for cracks. Also when you are ready to put it back on the new injectors or put it back in the fuel rail and Throttle bottle to lube it up with your engine oil, around the ring for easier installation, and prevent it from cracking.
