Minor Paint job [Archive]

I have 4 different uncles that all have auto and body shops in Long Beach. So I had my mirrors painted black to match a JDM MR i saw on my best motoring video. I totally forgot to post up some pix. What do you guys think? black ears or go back to white?

I was skeptical at first but decided it wont hurt to try. I can always have it painted back for free. i might leave it on for awhile then maybe change it back. Not sure yet, we'll see.

eh black side mirrors are nothing. go fried rice on your car's ass. carbon fiber everywhere!!! hell paint the thing neon/ barf green and get some shiny metalic decals then you'll be hardcore...lol jk eh i see no big difference but w/e floats your boat man.

Yea i wasnt goin for anything noticeable. Later on I know that i will end up gettin some CF mirrors, so i decided to mess around with my stock mirrors for now.

YOU SHOULD BUY THE JDM HEADLIGHTS AND THE JDM MR TAIL LIGHTS AND IT WOULD LOOK A LITTLE BETTER :D

Yeah maybe if u got the mr heads n tails too. I dont know personally i think the black mirrors look better with the black door handles like on my car and Boosteds car.

Yea, definitely want the MR lights. Jus no moola right now. I actually thought about makin the handles and the tail black like the JDM Best motoring MR's but thought it might be overboard. and the chains i got from walmart for about $30 and i drove thru snow, slush, ice, and a bit in the rain and havent noticed any tire damage. The chains in the pix look weird because they werent tightened yet. They fitted perfectly around the tire without wheel contact.

on this trip I did. The roads were too icy and slick. I have driven in snow and less worse conditions on the advans without the chains before, it is fine but can get hairy at times. I am now riding on Kumho ASX tires 245/45/17 and they are amazing! dry traction is awesome and wet and snow traction was better than expected.
