go to www.zilvia.net every 240sx / silvia owner has a fender roller, just post it on there, someone will for sure hook you up.

Anyone know of a place that does it "professionally"? Maybe so that the paint doesn't start to crack and peel off? That would be nice.

i dont know how good they are but i think this shop called Alta rolls fenders. their number is 626 442 8111

Just make sure they heat up your fenders before they roll em so the paint n metal is flexible.

here is the deal with that
you have 2 options :
1. for some one to roll the fender either using this tool : http://www.eastwoodco.com/shopping/product/detailmain.jsp?itemType=PRODUCT&RS=1&itemID=6159&keyword=31158

or a rubber hammer since some shops will not have this tool available; some shops can rolled fenders using a heat gun and a rubber hammer (An Mueller is not included in this :? )
which you take the chance of cracking your paint or with in time, but is not as expensive as option # 2
2. you talked about some one proffesional doing it, then it involves getting the entire side panels painted, since thats the only way you can have a warranty that it will not crack. Usually for getting your side panels with fenders painted its near 400-500.00 for each side; but thats "proffesionally"

Has anybody just cut off the lip? This is what we did on my old M3 to allow for clearance.

Its not something you want to be responsible for. Its easy to mess up someones car if not done right. Itll end up costing you in the end. Ive seen some pretty bad hack jobs. Maybe its just me but a car that is quick is even nicer when it looks good. Full track cars are excluded.
