who had their tc's rebuilt by tre. i am planning to send mine to them. dont wanna shell out $2k for the stocker and have it break again.
any alternatives other than tre?

I have my transmission built by them. its taken tons of passes, 9k rpm shifts and 11's for a while. Good work.

tama_mog on these forums also had his tranny built by TRE. The turnaround seemed to be pretty quick for TRE (they've had major slowness issues in the past) and lately they seem to have resolved any issues they had.

Local option is Road Race Engineering.

Hmmm.... a better person to ask this question @ this point would be blak94gsx. =P Since he's driving my car around....but from what he's told me it sounds like it's pretty nice, of course it's still in the midst of being broken into though.

Hey was up ppz this may not b the place to ask my question but here it goes. I live in porterville thats about 30 minutes north of bakersfield and im trying to find a good shop to rebuild my transmission and i come up with dead ends do u guys know a place where i can take my 03 evo 8 if any one know of a place can u please give me an address and phone # I am really in need :-(. Well thanx in advance and hope to hear from u guy soon
