HELP Amp Grounding??

I'm installing my amp this weekend and am curious as to where everyone has is grounding. I'm thinking about using the bolt that holds down the spare. Anyone fore see any problems?

jus make sure there is direct metal contact so scrape off some of the paint. jus a lil patch.

That location might not be too great. Try grounding to a support,brace or the unibody on the car. You might get some ground noise in the location youre thinking of.
