who can take off stripped bolts????

well i bought a borla exhaust manifold from this guy... he took 3 of the bolts off fine from the turbo... last bolt he stripped... and now i have a borla manifold and a extra turbo sitting in my garage with 1 stripped bolt. PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS DAMN BOLT OFF SO I CAN PUT ON THIS CRAZY LOOKING MANIFOLD!

Can you cut it off? Is it the bolt or the stud and nut?

you can "remove" it with a dremel, i dunno if thats what you want to do exactly. you can slot the screw to be take out with a big screwdrive (if the metal is sufficently hard and the bolt torque is low), or you ca recut sides on the bolt and use a wrench. either way the bolt is trash after that. or you could just cut the whole head off and risk hitting the manifold or turbo or both in the process. these are the only ways i can think of, so its really your call on which to use.

I can cut it with the plasma cutter if you want to bring it over...

gt40 where are you located? will the plasma cutter effect the turbo or the manifold in any way?
