Hi everyone!
I just had a quick question. Im thinking of purchasing a AVH-P6500 pioneer in dash dvd. But I was reading that you cant watch dvd's while the car is moving. Somehow the unit detects if the car is parked or not. I was wondering if all in dash dvd's were like this or if there's something I could do to the wiring to "trick" the unit to thinking the car is parked so I could watch dvds while driving. Any comments would help. Thanks again guys!

YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT EVO GIRL. THE UNIT IS CONTROLLED VIA YOUR EMERGENCY BRAKE. IF THE STEREO SHOP IS COOL, THEY WILL PUT A SWITCH IN THERE, SO YOU CAN FLIP THE SWITCH AND WATCH A MOVIE.

THAT IS WHAT MY FRIEND DID!
