where's a good place to get Hawk Blue pads (that i can go and pick up relatively soon?)

You can get them from Porterfield in person. http://www.porterfield-brakes.com/ The rear pads are normally in stock but the fronts are special order. It takes them 3 hours to grind if you ask nicely but they'll probably be happier with less notice.

Rob can get them cheaper but it would take him about 3 weeks to get them last time I checked.
