Down here in SD where I buy 110 it's still $4.99/gal. It hasn't gone up at all since last year.

Er, you guys over there dont know how lucky you are. $3 per gallon!!
Think how we English Evo owners feel.....we have to pay $8 per gallon and all we get for our money is 98ron at the very best.

most/all of europe gets shafted on gas prices. and they buy by the liter, not gallon. in some cases it would not be uncommon to see the same price/liter as we have price/gallon. liter(re)=~1/4 gallon

Yep we buy it by the litre.
A friend of mine has a classic alfa that needs to be run on leaded fuel, which is very hard to come by over here. He has to pay £1.12 per litre, which works out to $9.80 per gallon at todays exchange rates. Around 80% of that is tax.
