i 2nd this .. you have to call ahead because the guy is always busy. He no longer works weekends as far as I know so you'll have to squeeze yourself in during the week.

Just make sure that the shop has done an Evo already. Don't let your car be the first.

Big "O" Tires in Tustin. Good alignment shop, and they will set it to your specs.

Can anyone help me find a place? I live in torrance, and so the gardena place looks ideal.

How much is it relevantly going to cost to get springs installed and a alignment done?

Why are you getting your cars aligned?

Why an EVO specialty shop? -Because EVOs are special cars, same reason you own one.

To increase performance or increase tire life, doesn't it make sence to take the car to a shop that only works on cars like yours and probably has aligned more EVOs than anyone in the country?

Just a follow up on West End Alignment, he also does corner weight and suspension install. Just remember to call ahead. This guy is really good, I know many racer bring their cars to him. I have seen a few Porsche Cup cars, BMW race cars, and even some Subies.

Our evo has a very well engineered suspension, especially the rear. If they don't know where the adjustment lobes are, and how to turn/adjust them, your evo will look like a car driving crooked. I rather pay the extra $ to have someone who knows what they are doing under my car than somebody saying "...man where to I adjust this?" :?

like others said.. darin @ westend alignment. i just went there few weeks ago after installing espelir asd springs. that guy is pretty good, and my car drives a whole lot better.

cost me about $90, took about little over an hour. and yes, better call in advance. when i called, i had to wait about 2 weeks before my appointment.

also, he mentioned problems with camber bolts for the evos and advised me to buy an extra set just in case on my next alignment. apparently, they are "moon-shaped", and can strip easily. if that happens, you are kinda screwed until you buy new ones for him to finish your car. i got lucky and mine didn't strip, but next time i'll come prepared.

this guy is great. a perfectionist and very articulate person. he even asked me to stay in the car just so that he could take my weight into consideration when tuning the alignment. here's a little article on him i quickly googled from nissanpeformancemag.com:
