Project u N/S kinda squeeky but similar to stock! supposedly they are better than stock but I haven't done any "hard" breaking yet in them.

For the price, I think Hawk pads are the only way to go for street pads.

Personally I use Ferrodo DS2500 for street and track they work well and cost 240 tax and shipping included for all 4 corners.

Hawk HPS pads. Got them for 140 shipped for all four corners. I haven't seen any performance pads lower than 140.
got a set of Endless SS-S from 500whp.com. initial bite is slightly stronger than stock, overall have not been able get them to overheat, but then again the when I was running the stock pads I've only felt fade once which was cured after I bled the brake system. braking strength is superb and seem to bitre down much harder, as indicated by the higher coefficient of friction. as far as noise, only occasionally. I did not have to resurface my rotors when I changed pads...runout for each rotor was less than 0.005" after 27k miles. i do many canyon runs and an occasional roadrace event.
