I am the first person with the new mueller racing spec coilovers, THESE ARE NOT JIC'S, there a new coilover mueller is tuning that is faster than the jics, more durable, and have a longer warranty but cost the same. My car sticks to the gound like no other. Any non believers can have a ride in my car to see how insane it is. The car is so smooth turning and going straight its deff the best mod ive ever done to the evo. [email protected]

No real secret, it is a custom setup designed exclusively for Road Race. The main advantage of this is that there will be no more confusion about the setup. The JICs that RRE customized always caused confusion with people thinking they could get the same thing by purchasing JICs from someplace else.

The new Road Race Chassis coilover system is manufactured specifically for them, to their specs. This allows for better quality control and less supply problems. What this means to you is that you won't have to wait as long to get a set installed, and the new Road Race coilover system should be even better.

It would be more accurate to say that Buddy Club makes them to Mueller's specs, than to say Mueller uses Buddy Club coilovers.

I have an aggressive street set up

Is it easy to live with????????? I plan on strapping on their suspension when my volk's come in on the fourth.....but I keep thinking damn.....even the stock setup is pretty stiff.

Somebody convince me im being a bitch :?

You're being a bitch...

For the most part, the Road Race coilovers ride better than stock, plus handle a lot better. It is all in the better shock valving.

i have tthe muller JIC setup and the ride is pritty much the same as stock the car is just lower, i prob have about the same kinda of setup as bevo and it performs great on the track and pasengers dont even notice a harder ride then stock.

KD's are by far one of the best tires to run on the street, they compare similar to the advans (but with a bit more life span)
running 255's with new suspension is the best, can't wait till i try 275/40/17s

I currently have 17x8.5 +40 off set gramlights which are the same rims that K. Jordan has on his racing car. You are able to fit 275's tires but I need to look into how much work is involve to do with what I currently have. I will keep you guys updated, I do plan to run 275s on the street and for the track as well. Need to finish first my 255's RA before i purchase another set.

wait... running 275 on 8.5 will give you a sidewall bulge won't it? and why you wanna run 275 on the street... you can't even make use of that much grip with dirt and water plus pot holes and crap like that :\

I think the rain is about done so I wouldnt worry about it too much, besides all that rubber doesnt seem to hamper the Vette/911/vipers too much.

Please send me an email to [email protected] with your contact info, we have been calling people in for appointments, and we would like to help you with your EVO. There are a couple of open spots within the next 2 weeks. Our chassis development is still continuing at a frantic pace, this weekend we are racing at the SCCA race at Thunderhill, next weekend I am doing 3 days of set-up with 4 of my EVO customers in Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Road Race Chassis has a race team and in the past with the limited number of staff they had, the racing took priority. Between building/rebuilding race cars, testing suspension setups on the track, and having supply problems with their previous vendor, it became necessary to create a waiting list to deal with the overwhelming demand from customers.

Now they have increased the staff and solved the supply problems, so although there is still a waiting list, they are doing more equal parts racing and taking care of customer cars.
