GReddy PRofec B-spec II help

Just got my PRofec B-spec II put in my 04 gsr and I need help on how to set it. What would be the best setting for the low/high? Thanks
(The only mods I have are a Helix DP,Apexi 3' TBE, K&N drop in, TurboXS BOV, don't know if that makes a difference in setting.)

Have you tried following the directions it came with?
Or did you get it used?

I hate to recomend evoM, but there may be a write up on it there.
Or you can phone GReddy and have them fax you the instructions.

Not to sound like an ass but that thing isn't that great. Sell it or trade it for the new PRofec type-s. Road Race sells them.It looks like the old PRofec-B
